She didn’t get effective injury management which is where Talitha’s desire to become an effective therapist comes from as she never want’s anyone to experience what she did. Hannah Buddle
Available on Tuesdays 1-7pm Hannah is a recently qualified L4 Sports Massage Therapist, fresh out of Gower College. Having already worked as a personal trainer for some time, she loves the extra dimension that her sports massage skills bring to her PT clients and vice versa. She loves the detective work of finding out what a client’s issue is and then using a combination of sports massage and rehabilitative exercise to bring them long-term improvement. Hannah is a strength-training buff and understands the problems that often arise in the bodies of people who like to lift heavy stuff! She has regular massages as part of her own training and understands the benefits they bring in both injury prevention and treatment. She also embraces the powerfully relaxing effect of massage and the way it calms our nervous system, and seeks to address her client’s issues as holistically as possible, often including Thai massage techniques and assisted stretching.
Kellie-Ann Melbourne
Kellie-Ann is available every Wednesday between 2 and 8pm. Kellie has been a massage therapist since 2004. She studied her Level 3 Sports Massage at Coleg Sir Gar, Llanelli and Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy at Neath Port Talbot College. Kellie has been involved in rugby since she became qualified. She also provides clinic for the club once a week. Always having an interest in sports since a young age and competing at high levels herself, she understands the pressures the body undergo to maintain a high standard and having two spinal operation myself from a sports injury gives me the drive and determination to want to help other athletes to prevent injury’s and help with rehabilitation.
