We can advise and support you with a range of issues such as;Academic (Appeals, Complaints, Malpractice, EMC's, Fitness to Practice etc)Housing ( Contract checking, disrepair. Landlord disputes, Tenant disputes, Deposit Issues etc)Student Finance (Problems with your student finance claim or previous funding, we can assist with appeals and complaints etc)Benefits * Benefit advice is currently suspended pending staff trainingData Protection Information; By contacting the advice centre for advice, you will provide us with your name, phone number email address and student ID on the booking page, which allows us to create a case file for you using the details provided. We require this information to be able to respond and advise, as per your request. This is called “legitimate interest”.We will be sending you a case sheet shortly after you’ve booked your appointment, we ask that you complete and return this as soon as possible. This will provide us with further special category information, which may be used for statistical analyses. The completed form gives us permission to keep a record of the advice given along with your full details as per recorded on the case sheet. In accordance with Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulations 2018, EHSU Advice Centre has a legitimate interest to process information relevant to your case or enquiry. We will process your information for a period of six years to satisfy your interests and those of EHSU Advice Centre. Your information will remain confidential and stored securely within EHSU Advice Centre and on our case management system, AdvicePro. You have the right to access the information we hold on you, update your information and request for it to be deleted. Please email your request to email@example.com. You will receive a response within three working days.
