Very hard sessions but a brilliant method for tracking your fitness in 10 minutes.

This group is for all you gym haters, in and out within 10 minutes, but the work you put in is brilliant but brutal, you feel.fabulous, the motivation from the.guys is.fantastic. I have had 3 sessions and I am going back for more . Love it !!!
Just finished my second set of sessions (8 x 10 minute sessions per set) with Ross, I started in July going twice a week, every visit I have improved my P B , my peak power has improved 150 watts since I started. Now signed up for my third session, with weights (kettlebells) added, so now to be a fifteen minute workout,. I really enjoy my time with Ross he keeps me motivated and encourages me every step of the way, it prompts me to improve on my previous sprints. I leave feeling a sense of achivement and that Im benefiting from every visit, Ross also sends your results after every session so you can read your progress, I highly recommend HIT IT with Ross, its suitable for all ages ( Im a laydèe of leisure.

I really enjoy working with the weights as well as the bike. It is amazing just how important the technique is when working the muscle groups....feeling it today!
