Wednesday @ 5.30pmThis class will teach you the easiest but most effective ways to keep you safe all wrapped up in a action packed 45 minutes of fitness and fun. You will be elbowing, kneeing and using self defence techniques taken from a variety of Martial Arts and brought to you by some of the our most experienced combat athletes. We don't mind if this is your first time or you yourself are an athlete we will have something for you. Keeping everything authentic we will be teaching in a MMA round format mixing up striking drills with body weight conditioning. Be ready to be challenged… be ready to be victorious!Participants will be partnered up and most drills will be done together. Equipment will be supplied (Gloves, pads)-    Participants will need to bring:If you have your own Gloves and hand wraps or Hire at checkout from us.Sweat towels Clothing suitable for training and exercise (Shorts/ leggings/ joggers, vests/ t shirts/ compression tops/Trainers or plimsolls).-   This Class will be held on Level 2 in Meeting room 29.-    Due to meeting rooms we use class room can be changed on day due to events etc. Please always check with reception for location of class room.
