Post pregnancy classes
I can not highly recommend ciaran and his fitness classes enough! From day one ciaran is there to offer help and support in class and also online!
Before I started to attend class I could not get off the sofa without pain in my lower stomach and after 2 weeks the pain was gone!!! Classes are tailored to meet your individual needs to ensure you get the most of out each session!
I can honestly say both my physical health and mental health have improved greatly with the help of the pregnancy coach!!
The pregnancy coach should be essential for every pregnant and postpartum mum!!!!
The post natal recovery class is fantastic! I would advise every woman to do this class in the post natal phase as it will help speed up recovery and be a stepping stone for getting back into exercise again! I struggled with exercise after having a c-section. I went straight back into bootcamps before my body was ready and I had alot of abdominal and pelvic pain because of this! I didn't know what type of exercises were best to aid my recovery. However, when I started the post natal class with Ciaran I learned alot about which types of exercise would benefit my recovery and also the types to avoid! I also learned to breath properly which sounds silly but my breathing technique has improved massively especially when I go running! Ciaran knows his stuff! Full of knowledge and easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend this class!
Exactly what I needed!
I was delighted to see this service become available as I feel the aftercare when having a baby is very little. I've struggled with lower back pains since having my daughter 18months ago but in recent months it had become unbearable...anything I tried or had been given gave me slight relief for a day or two and that was it...most days were a struggle! I have had my second session with Ciaran and I can not believe the difference in how I am feeling in just a few short days from the classes and carrying out some of the exercises I have learned at home....can't wait to see the change after a month. Ciaran is full of knowledge in this area and it's been fantastic to talk to him and learn more about my body and the recovery after having a baby. He really takes the time to make sure that your comfortable during the classes and if there's anything that needs adjusted during the exercises for your next session. I highly recommend this for any new mums or mum's to be!
