    I love going to Pilates with Jess. She is a brilliant teacher and is extremely approachable and knowledgeable in her field. She always explains everything very clearly and always takes the time to ensure our bodies are in the correct position to get the full benefit from the exercises. I had been nervous about going back to exercise after having my second baby but I needn’t have been. This class has helped me find the confidence to get my body strong again. Thank you Jess.

    I have tried 2 of Andy's classes, Stress Smashers and the Parent's Fitness and I have enjoyed both. Stress Smashers I really liked the combination of cardio and strength training which really got the blood flowing and endorphins flowing, we then had a time of calming stretching and finally mindfulness medication which really helped me take perspective. As someone who often finds it hard to live "in the moment" and step away from my worries, the combination of exercise with mindfulness was perfect for boosting my mood and helping me to find some inner calm. Thank you Andy!

    Didn't know what to expect as always do higher impact classes but due to injury thought I'd give Pilates a go and can honestly say it's fab jess who instruct the class is great she explains all excersises clearly and with her soothing voice I even managed to relax at the end of class which for me is unheard of highly recommend and I'll definitely be continuing in the new year

    My son and I have been attending Wee Movers for 3 weeks and absolutely love it! Jess, who runs the sessions, is kind, warm and so enthusiastic. The structure of the sessions is great for little ones with a good variety of singing, movement, yoga and mini activity "assault courses". The courses have been very inclusive and there's time to sit and chat with other families at the end. I highly recommend the Wee Movers sessions!
