I'm quite shy when it comes to group activities but Rich has been so welcoming! He is very knowledgable and provides great guidance. It has given me the boost I needed to get back into shape and I really look forward to his classes.
Tiger fitness is a great place to get fit but be prepared to work hard. Richard is a great instructor. He encourages and guides you but with humour and fun. Everyone is very welcoming.
Thoroughly enjoyed this class. Richard was very good in making sure we were doing the correct moves and standing correctly. Everyone is friendly and I hope to do more classes
Absolutely amazing great sessions and great people. Such a great atmosphere and never feel out of place. All the trainers are great and are extremely helpful and supportive and would highly recommend Tiger fitness.
For some one that is mid life and needs to get rid of his man boobs and get proper fit after not properly exercising for a long time this is defo the place to come I'm love init ( but I am hurting ) but no pain no gain
Liked that when I arrived you knew who I was and asked relevant questions about my fitness and what I was hoping to achieve. Regular input throughout the session was helpful, along with the motivational encouragement. All in all a very positive experience, will definitely try different classes and hope to make Friday circuits a regular feature!

Not the most usual title for exercising but it’s 100% true. Spent a while looking for the right fitness class, not a fan of standard gyms and wanted somewhere I would feel comfortable and welcome. Then along came Tiger! Been going for about two months now and really enjoy it. Yes it’s hard work and yes I finish classes looking like a sweaty beetroot, but honestly Richard is an amazing trainer and the attendees are just brilliant, I couldn’t recommend it more. If you are looking for a fun way to lose weight, get in shape or generally tone up, then Tiger is for you. Each class offers variety to work out your entire body. The members are so friendly and welcoming, but also positively encouraging too. Five stars
Had my first circuit class yesterday and I’m loving it feeling a bit sore today lol but it’s a progression totally overwhelmed by how great and supportive everybody is and really looking forward to many more classes!
Had my first lesson yesterday and it was such a good workout. Everyone is very friendly and Richard is so nice and helped me out when I didn't get how to do something. Looking forward to more lessons

I’m sore, i’m battered but I am enjoying it. I will be back every week. I look forward to getting fitter.

Funtimes while getting Fit
I have been comming to classes here at Tiger for about 6 weeks I can already see some great results happening,which is awesome not only is the training provided by Rich,Steph and Stacey is 1 st class,is fun and super friendly place to get your workout on,and if u have any old injuries the team are great at adapting all classes to suit all fitness levels,I would highly recommend Tiger to anyone.

Rich is so welcoming, friendly and helps when I’m unsure.

I love training at tiger I'm not from thetford but I make the 20 minute journey twice a week for circuits and now core :)! And I love every second ! As soon as I walk in im welcomed by Rich or any of the members really !! It's a real community and the classes have such a buzz to them everybody cheering everybody on ! I've made friends for life at tiger and the results of my fitness levels are just going up and up
I'm a very anxious person with my anxiety and going to these classes have made me more social. The classes are fun and filled with laughter each time I go, Richard also helps out with others who may struggle slightly but it's always a fun atmosphere. I've defiantly improved my fitness, mind set and also my anxiety. Wouldn't go anywhere else, thank you Richard!
